WHY DID I GET INTO REAL ESTATE?

I found that design and staging are just half the process of getting a person into a new home. Becoming a realtor let me put all my knowledge of building materials and decorating experience to use on both sides of the transaction; getting a listing ready to sell and knowing what to look for in a good structure for my buyers.

WHAT ARE MY FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOODS?

I love Keauhou in general, it’s where I first landed 15 years ago and feel blessed to have found it. The breezes are perfect to keep it cool and the elevation is not too wet. Close to conveniences but not right in town.

WHY DO I LOVE THE BIG ISLAND?

Coming from Santa Rosa,CA, I loved the sun but wanted even more warmth year round. Hawaii gave me that, and the Big Island brought me the ease of a slower life that I was searching for when I left CA. Live here and visit there, the best of both worlds.

Behind my laptop typing out my next novel. From middle grade magic adventure books to steamy historical romance novels with knights and Highlanders, I love to spin a tale that pulls you in until you are crying and laughing and feeling the ache in your heart right along with the hero. I live in a magical world most of the time already, but this allows me to create new ones to share with millions of people.
