WHY DID I GET INTO REAL ESTATE?

I grew up watching my mom Derinda forge her way in the Kona Real Estate Industry.  I was raised to have a passion in finding a house and making it a home, and I intend to continue the legacy my family started.

WHAT ARE MY FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOODS?

I absolutely love the mountains.  I am a big fan of anything above a 1200’ elevation, especially Kaloko and Puulani Ranch.  Hienaloli neighborhood has wonderful pockets of land as well.  If I were to look a little bit closer to the Ocean, I’d definitely love Keauhou Bay Estates.

WHY DO I LOVE THE BIG ISLAND?

This is my home.  I moved away to finish college, always knowing that I would return with a family to raise.  The cultural infusion that is a central point of our community is what makes Hawaii a spiritual paradise, and it’s what makes our neighbors our ‘Ohana.  The Kona coast boasts some of the world’s most prestigious resorts, and because of that the community has an inherent expectation for excellence.  The tropical getaways on this island are so plentiful, from Rainforest to Snow to Green Sand Beaches –  I am a big fan of the Big Island over any other island.
